Tobias D. Oggenfuss’s biography, in his own words: My primary intent is to bring forth images that have not yet been seen. I am a Swiss/American and have lived in the U.S., England, and Switzerland. I graduated high school from the American International School of Zurich in 1993. My love for art crossed over to photography, and I began photographing in the summer of ’93. I went to Wimbledon School of Art and Design in London, England, from 1995 to 1996 and received a B-tec diploma/foundation course. I then attended Oregon College of Art & Craft/Furniture Design from 1996 to 1997. During a subsequent twelve-year period, I was a freelance photographer in Zurich. I live in Los Angeles, and have been awarded a utility patent form the USPTO for a new lens technology for still-frame and video cameras that I invented. I expect that my lens should be market ready by 2016. I spend my days photographing and, on average, I take four hundred photos per day.
